This pokemon is strong but hard to obtain. U need all three regis and regiice needs to be nicknamed, And regiice needs to be holding a frozen item. It has to be day time and u go to were u cought regice.Has to be done, after delta ep.

A frozen item is ether Casteliacone,Never-Melt Ice, or Icy Rock. and to know if it is day time check home screen, time has to be between 10:00 am- 6:00 p.m

Very complicated but easyist one is casteliacone which u find in mawile city after completing delta ep. in second floor. To get to sec floor is to go to the elivater after talking with watson. When on sec level go down to the bottem and go in every room with regi ice in ur party intill u find a girl who sells u a castilia cone
